Originally owned by Mr. Satriale in the 1970’s,The Pork store was a thriving business selling a variety of meats, pork and sausage, along with deli-style sandwiches. Having got into debt with Johnny Boy Soprano due to his Gambling. Satriale refused to pay his debt causing Johnny Soprano to cut off Satriale's pinky finger while Junior Soprano held him down in the backroom of the store. The incident was witnessed by a young Tony Soprano, who later became the capo of the family business.
