Should you wish to return/exchange your garment we offer the option to:

Be sure to contact us with your decision within 14 days of delivery and ship the garment within
30 days of the original purchase date, in its original packaging and with the original tags included.
Upon receiving the return of your garment, we shall process your returned or the same replacement.

All Candywrap Design products are custom and made to order at the buyer's request when purchased.
The following t-shirt cannot be returned or exchanged because of their nature.

Please ensure that the garment is protected from smoke or cooking environments. Should the garment become soiled in any of the aforementioned ways, we shall return the garment back to the customer.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3. HOW TO RETURN A T-SHIRT
Please give clear instructions and fill out the return & exchange form detailing refund or exchange.
The t-shirt must be unwashed and unworn see returns policy overview.
Reseal your t-shirt in its bag, include your completed returns & exchange form and seal the parcel securely.
Stick the provided return address or downloaded slip to the front of the parcel to Candywrap Design, Returns Dept. San Feliu,
4 Greenwood Court, Green Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 4PR, Channel Islands, U.K.
Post your parcel at your nearest Post Office. Make sure to obtain a "Certificate of Posting" form and keep it safe as proof of posting. Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
T-shirts are returned to us at your own expense. We can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error, or for faulty t-shirts. Refunds can only be made to the original customer's account.
We do not charge to send an exchanged item back to you.
Exchanged t-shirts should be received back within 2 working days for the Channel Islands and 5 working days for U.K mainland residents. Overseas customers should receive the product within a maximum of 12 working days.
If the item you request is out of stock we shall notify you by email, confirming the estimated timescale for this product.
In accordance with E.U trading regulations, customers are allowed 7 working days after the day of receipt to cancel orders in line with distance selling regulations. Email us: email@example.com with your purchase details and we shall issue you a full refund. If your item has already been dispatched, we shall need to wait until the item is returned before we can issue a refund.
