CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Since our t-shirts are custom made we do not accept cancellations. However this may be possible if you contact us soon after purchase. See also returns and exchanges page.
HOW LONG FOR MY T-SHIRT TO BE DISPATCHED
We aim to fulfil your order within 48 hours and will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but we can't guarantee them. If order is placed on either a Thursday/Friday items will be dispatched the following Monday
MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO CANDYWRAP DESIGN
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect postal address, We shall contact you to reorganise a new delivery. If returned back to us the original postal fee will be required to resend the parcel back to the customer.
Please note: It is the responsibility of customers to contact their local post office if an attempt of delivery has been made to their address. Please track your parcel online using your supplied tracking number for updated information on your item.
MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED
Please note that shipping times are estimated dates of arrival and during seasonal times slight delays are inevitable see shipping times estimates and information below before contacting us. These times are estimates and have ultimately changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We Offer Economy Postage:
Economy postage is not tracked and is standard economy post. Once posted it is in the hands of these operators and we have no control over delays, loss or tracking of the parcel with the standard economy post as stated in our policy.
We Offer Tracked Postage:
Tracked postal services lets you check the latest update on your parcel via the supplied tracking number. If your tracking number is not working please email directly to:
State your Tracking number, the date the parcel was dispatched and your name and address.
Other things to do:
Check to see if you have a delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
If you still cannot locate your order we ask you to please allow the following amount of time to pass before reporting your order as missing:
Look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.
Orders missing within 7 days of maximum expected delivery date.
Inside UK, please allow 14 days from dispatch before reporting an item as missing.
Inside Europe, please allow 21 days from dispatch before reporting an item as missing.
If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn't with a neighbour or another member of your household, please contact us and we will investigate further.
Rest of the World, please allow 45 business days from dispatch before reporting an item as missing.
With the current pandemic situation longer delays are evident and the official 25 day timescale has changed to 45 days before being classed as lost.

All t-shirt prices are VAT free. European and international customers are responsible for any import duties and tax declarations relevant to their countries. Please contact your local authority for further information on your countries specific import allowances. Candywrap Design supplies a tracking number for all parcels and is not responsible for delays due to customs/import procedures in various countries.
T-SHIRT GARMENT CARE
Black - white - heather grey shirts wash on cool (40 degrees & below) and line dry. Do not tumble dry. Bright shirts wash on cool (40 degrees and below) line dry or tumble dry on low setting. Iron shirt inside out to avoid print area damage. Wash similar colours together.
Slogan or text only shirts may be washed up to 60 degrees. Do not dry clean or remove stains with solvents. To remove stains soak thoroughly immediately and leave overnight. Wash as normal next day.
